Fixing The BigCommerce Update Glitch

BigCommerce recently made a few changes to their APIs, which made it difficult for Cin7 Orderhive users to update their inventory seamlessly. Our team took this up and contacted BigCommerce to understand these changes. Our latest enhancement ensures that your BigCommerce integration works seamlessly with Cin7 Orderhive.

Update for Wish Integration Users

We have upgraded the Wish API from v2 to v3. Cin7 Orderhive users who have integrated their Wish accounts will now be redirected to the Wish portal for authorization. Note: As of now, this will be implemented for single-warehouse users.

The All New “Stop Picking” Button

Cin7 Orderhive users can now stop the picking process if any sub-user is deleted while picking any picklist. This helps the admin stop picking and a different user can start the picking process.

Cloning Your POs Just Got Faster

Cin7 Orderhive will automatically select the current date while cloning a Purchase Orders. This helps remove redundancy from the process and adds to our goal of making your order management more efficient.

Purchase Orders Now Have A “Created By” Field

Cin7 Orderhive users can now add a new field “Created By” to their purchase orders. This field will show the name of the sub-user that created the PO. These values will automatically appear once the PO is created by importing the sheet. Note: These values can’t be added or edited manually.

It’s now easier to integrate your inventory data from Picqer to Orderhive

In addition to orders, Cin7 Orderhive now syncs order notes to Picqer. For this, the ‘freeStock’ inventory data will be fetched from your Picqer account and will be reflected in your ‘Available’ inventory in Cin7 Orderhive.

Webshipper logo is now displayed on the integration page

Cin7 Orderhive users can now view the Webshipper logo on the integration page.

Now apply tax and/or discounts on all the order line items

Cin7 Orderhive users can now automatically add tax and/or discount on all the line items of the order. Users can create automation for the ‘Order Created’ trigger and employ the ‘Apply tax/discount on Order’ action. If there are custom items in your order, you may decide whether to assign taxes to those items.

View all order line items without SKU with a click

Sorting order line items without SKU just got simpler. A new key called ‘Line Item without SKU’ is added that allows users to view all order line items without SKU with a click of a button.

Remove the survey form

Our latest update allows Cin7 Orderhive users to take out the survey form for Sub users after logging in for the first time.

It is now easier to sign up in Cin7 Orderhive via Xero

If you already have an account in Xero and are registering to Cin7 Orderhive, then your Name and Email Address will be prefilled.

Roll-back order filter design centralization changes

We have restored the order filters to how it was before order filter design centralization was implemented.

Archive or Unarchive your warehouses with just a click

Cin7 Orderhive users can now easily archive their warehouses by simply clicking the ‘Archive Warehouse’ button. You can view the count of Unprocessed Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfers, and Work Orders in a pop-up by clicking the button, which must be 0 to archive the warehouse. However, users will have to raise a support ticket to archive a default warehouse in any integration. Users in the old plan are limited to the number of active warehouses equal to the number of restricted warehouses specified in their plan.

Modify your PO Item sequence

Cin7 Orderhive users can now easily add, edit, and clone their Purchase Orders.

Now Connect Your DesktopShipper Account To Cin7 Orderhive Seamlessly

Cin7 Orderhive is pleased to announce that our users will now be able to integrate their DesktopShipper account with their Cin7 Orderhive.
Here are some of the things you can do once you integrate your DesktopShipper account into Cin7 Orderhive.
1. Any orders that have been labeled according to the integration configuration will be sent to the channel directly.
2. Cin7 Orderhive will fetch all your shipment details created on the channel and sync them in real-time.
3. If the order module has 'DEPT' and 'Platform' custom fields, they will be included with the order when it is sent to the channel.
4. The 'ALT Title' custom field of the line item will be sent to the channel as the Line Item Title (Name).
5. DesktopShipper integration does not have the option to ‘break bundles into components.’

Cin7 Orderhive’s new feature now allows you to Unreceive Purchase Order

Cin7 Orderhive users can now access a new functionality called "unreceive purchase order," allowing users to undo a received purchase order. The feature will be available for both partially and fully received purchase orders and accessible through a button labeled "unreceive PO.”

Creating a Cin7 Orderhive account is as easy as ABC.

With our latest update, email verification is no longer required while creating a new account on Orderhive.

Orderhive seamlessly connects AmazonFBA and QuickBooks.

Since Amazon does not provide mandatory customer details to sync invoices to QuickBooks, Cin7 Orderhive can now create customers in QuickBooks with their respective countries. For instance, a customer from the United States will be named “Amazon Store (US)” in QuickBooks. However, QuickBooks’ customer name is not related to the store name. If the customer uses multiple FBA stores, a common country-wise customer account will be created in QuickBooks.

Cin7 Orderhive users can now scan barcodes and ship products via Shipstation.

Cin7 Orderhive sends product barcode containing UPC number to Shipstation. Users can scan barcodes and ship products directly via Shipstation.

Merge and unmerge your Purchase Orders effortlessly.

Cin7 Orderhive users can now seamlessly merge POs if:
1. All POs are in draft status.
2. Suppliers and warehouses are the same for all POs.
3. ‘Landed cost’ option is turned off for all POs.
4. The ‘Incoming quantity for draft toggle’ is the same for all POs.
5. ‘Break bundles in components’ toggle is the same for all POs.
6. A maximum of 10 POs can be merged simultaneously.
7. A maximum of 500 line items in all the POs can be merged at once.

Returns module welcomes you with a new centralized User Interface.

The Returns module welcomes the Cin7 Orderhive users with a new centralized User Interface. All pages of the Returns module (Add page, Edit page, Processing steps, detail page, listing page), filter drawer, and custom field drawer are revamped with a new centralized UI.

Creating purchase orders has never been easier!

Cin7 Orderhive users can now set supplier’s ‘payment terms’ and ‘currency’ default while creating PO via automation.
You will find the checkbox option for the ‘payment terms’ and ‘currency’ in the dropdown menu. By checking these checkboxes, you can set payment terms and currency of the supplier default while creating a new PO.

Now keep track of product quantity in transfer.

Go to the ‘Columns’ tab on the right side of the product listing page and click on the dropdown button. From the options available, click on ‘Intransfer quantity’ and you will see a range of information including ‘in transfer quantity’ details.

Define custom roles and gain control over the access.

With custom roles and restrictions, Cin7 Orderhive now allows admin users to limit, restrict privileges or assign only specific responsibilities to the rest of the users.

With BrainTree, users can now process transactions for various businesses and currencies.

If you have a BrainTree account and have integrated it with Cin7 Orderhive, we’ve got news for you. You can now add multiple merchant accounts and select one from the dropdown menu listing all the merchants. Merchants can be selected while charging the card or before sending the payment link.

Now, it’s easy to sort out product updates with new filter options.

1. Cin7 Orderhive users can find new filter options named ‘Origin’ and ‘Sub Users’ in the Product Change Logs Report.

Use the tab ‘Origin’ to filter product records updated from other modules (except Product modules) like the Purchase Orders module.

Use the tab ‘Sub Users’ to filter product records updated by Sub Users.
2. You can now find another column named ‘User’ in the Product Changes Logs Report. You can use the user’s name to view the record updated by that specific user.
3. We’ve new price filter options like ‘Last Purchase Price’, Average Purchase Price, ‘Wholesale Price, ‘Pricing Tier’ and Store wise ‘Retail price’ in Report to sort out prices quickly.

Now track your ‘Post Italiane’ shipments

Cin7 Orderhive users can now track shipments sent via ‘Post Italiane’ by syncing the shipment details from Orderhive to Shopify.

Subscribe to our new billing plan with Chargify.

You can now subscribe to Cin7 Orderhive’s new billing plan using Chargify.
1. A manual invoice is automatically generated when a user buys Expert assistance from the plan detail page.
2. When the user doesn’t renew the Chargify subscription, the status will change to dunning in Chargify, while the account will instantly expire in Orderhive.

Cin7 Orderhive provides an optimal flow of item mapping for the Ecwid Channel, fostering users to build user-friendly online stores and start selling immediately.

Get to know the order status instantly on Hubspot.

If an order is shipped through any shipping channels synched to Orderhive, the information is automatically updated on Hubspot. Thus, the users can know the shipping status of the orders instantly.

Set your column sizes permanently as per your convenience.

Users can now set the column size of the grid permanently for the sequence of columns displayed on sections like Orders, Products, Shipments, Purchases, BOM, WO, Automation, Customer, Customer’s company, Transfers, and Suppliers.

Now export ‘only bundle’ products with their components.

A new option citing “export only bundles with their components” is added to the “export products checkbox”. Users can find this option when they click on the export products tab. They can readily download details of bundle products with their components as an excel spreadsheet just by selecting that option in the checkbox.

Creating sales orders made easier

In the product listing section, users can now select multiple products (up to 20) and create a sales order by clicking on the “Create SO button”. Users can mail the sales orders directly to the customer by entering their shipping address.

Sort out products more effectively for improved workflow.

Users can now find a new option on the drop-down menu “no supplier assigned” by clicking on the “suppliers” tab. They can filter products not assigned to any supplier by checking the “no supplier assigned” checkbox. This allows users to take the desired action quicker and fulfill orders faster.

Now Automatically Create Purchase Orders Using Default Supplier

‘Create Purchase Order’, an automation available for 'Order Created', 'Order Status Updated', 'Order Tagged' & 'Order Paid' automation triggers, has been made more robust. Now users can create purchase orders with the default product suppliers by simply clicking on the ‘Supplier’ drop down button and selecting ‘Use default added in Product’ option.

Update on Insurance Fee Calculation for EasyPost UPS/UPSDAP

All the UPS packages come with a $100 liability for loss of package or damages. Therefore, Cin7Orderhive will not charge an insurance fee on up to $100 of the insured value. Beyond that, the insurance fee charged will be 1% of the insurance value. For example: If the insured value for a package is between $0-99, the insurance fee will be $0. But if the insured value is $110, then the insurance fees will be $1.1 i.e. 1% of the insured value.

Account Cancellation Made Simpler

As hard as it is to see them go, we strive to ensure that every bit of Cin7Orderhive should be a seamless experience for our users, including Account Cancellation. With the latest update, the user will be able to cancel and deactivate their account and all the stores and automation linked to it with much more ease. Moreover, keeping up with our commitment to data security, all the account related data will be deleted after 30 days of cancellation.

Introducing More Details In Order Templates

Cin7Orderhive users will now be able to view the Location, Batch, Cost, and Order Weight of the products in the Order Template. Note: The “Order Weight” value is the total weight of all the products in the order.

Get Automated Payment Updates On Your Shopify Channel

Users who have integrated their Shopify stores with Cin7Orderhive can now get instant payment updates on their Shopify channel as soon as the order is paid for by the user. This process is fully automated and requires no manual intervention once set up.

Adding hyperlinks becomes seamless

If you add a link In the custom fields across Cin7Orderhive as plain text, the software will automatically convert it into a clickable hyperlink.

We’re Changing ‘Channel Order Number’ to ‘Channel Order ID’

While importing shipments using the ‘Import Existing Tracking Number’ feature, the ‘Channel Order Number’ field has been changed to ‘Channel Order ID’ in the template, to provide greater clarity to the users. New: [Products] Ability to bulk Auto-map Products using excel [using excel [Developer: @Prem Parmar] > Now, User able to map their multiple SKUs via import sheet (Products > Footer button: Import > Bulk Automap) > Note: If Child SKU contains Comma then product map via excel feature will not work. Please do manual mapping for this type of SKUs

Auto Map Multiple SKUs in Bulk Using Excel

Cin7Orderhive users can now map multiple SKUs via ‘Import Sheet’ functionality. To do this, simply follow these steps:
1. Click on ‘Products’ module
2. In the footer section, click on ‘Import’
3. Click on ‘Bulk Automap’ Please note: This functionality will not work if the child SKUs contain any comma (,). In case of any such entries, users will have to map these manually.

Purchase Orders Will Now Have ‘Update Stock’ Field

While exporting your purchase orders, you can now include the ‘Update Stock’ field. This makes your purchase orders more comprehensive and gives you better visibility.

Now Print Pallet Labels For Your Amazon FBA Stock Transfers With A Single Click

Cin7Orderhive users can now print Pallet Labels while transferring stock for Amazon FBA. This option will be available only if the inbound shipment type is LTL (Less than truckload). Users can click the “Print Pallet Labels” button in the FBA inbound shipment page and get their pallet labels printed.

Greater Inventory Visibility For Processing ‘Not Confirmed’ Orders Smoothly

Users can now input whether reserve quantity is available or not for a particular item, right into the Import Sheet for all the Not Confirmed orders. The newly created ‘Reserve quantity’ column in the import sheet supports two values- Yes and No. If the value is set as yes, the stock will be deducted from the inventory when a ‘Not Confirmed’ order is created. If the value is set as no, no stock will be deducted from the inventory.

New Automation Condition “Action Performer” Added

Orderhive users now have access to a brand new automation condition- “Action Performer”. This condition can be added for the following triggers:

Now Export Your FBA Orders To FTP & Deringer

Add Images To Your Products Pages

Greater Control Over Product Page Changes

To edit a product, Orderhive now allows users to provide a new permission named “Edit Product”. Users who do not have this permission will now only be able to view the product and not edit/update it. However, the existing sub-users have been given this permission by default. Note: Sub-users don’t need this permission to add/remove Product Tags and Product Image.

Now Automate Sending Payments To Accounting Channels

In the latest addition to our growing list of automation, Orderhive now lets users automate sending payments to the accounting channel. The functionality can be used by 'Send Payment to Accounting Channel' action that is added in 'Order Tagged' automation trigger.

Stock Transfers To Default Locations Made Easier

While receiving stock transfers, Orderhive will now select the received quantity default in the product’s default location. Earlier, the stock was received in the first location and then transferred manually.

Lightspeed Integration: Sync & Map New locations Easily.

If new locations are available for a Lightspeed store, the user will get an option to Sync New Locations and Map them to OH's warehouse (Similar to Shopify.)
Orderhive users who have integrated their Lightspeed store can sync their new locations with ease. Users will have an option to directly sync new locations and map them to the corresponding Orderhive Warehouse.

[Stock Transfer] Bundles Can Now Be Broken Into Components During Stock Transfer

While carrying out stock transfers, Orderhive users can now break bundles into individual components and edit the “Transfer” page. To do this, simply turn the toggle on & off on the stock transfer screen.
Note: Once an item has been added to the Transfer, the unbundling cannot be reversed. The user has to remove all the items and then turn the toggle off.
Additionally, users now also have the option to select the Bundle component's location quantity while shipping any stock transfer.

Stock Transfers Made Efficient

While receiving the transfer, the received quantity can be greater than the transfer quantity of stock. This makes it easier for users to transfer stocks from multiple locations, including those that aren’t currently mapped as a warehouse.

Picklists Now Have With Detailed SKU Information

Order picklists will now also display the Bundle SKU key along with other values.

Custom Product Image URLs for Magento 2.3

Magento 2.3 users can now set their own custom URLs for Product Images.

Custom Label Dimensions for USPS Softpack Package

While using Softpack USPS package for buying labels, the users will now be able to add custom package dimensions manually.

Downloading Large-sized Inventory Audit Reports Now Easier

Orderhive can now process inventory data in multiple batches. This means that Orderhive users who have a large size of data will now be able to download Inventory Audit reports.

Note: The report will be exported as a single file, once the data has been processed.

Conditional Sync Now Available For Catch Marketplace Users

Users, who have integrated their Catch marketplace with Orderhive, can now add conditions for the orders that they want to sync with Orderhive. Users can add any condition, and only the orders fulfilling the conditions will be synced.

E.g. If a user wants to fetch only confirmed orders, they can add the condition and Orderhive will only fetch the confirmed order from their Catch account.

Now Write Longer, Detailed Product Descriptions with Orderhive

Orderhive now lets users write longer descriptions for their products. The word limit for product descriptions has been raised from the previous 1000 characters to 1200 characters.

Now Choose An Insurance Provider While Shipping With ShipEngine

Users will now be able to select an insurance provider when they select ShipEngine as their shipping carrier. This option will be available while shipping/returning an order or creating a preset.

‘Return Shipment’ Column Added

In our latest updates to Orderhive, we’ve added a ‘Return Shipment’ column to the Shipment Summary report. This column will indicate whether a shipment is a return type or not.

Stock Transfers To Default Locations Now Made Simpler

While receiving the stock transfer, Orderhive will automatically add them to the default location, instead of the first location on the list.

Note: Users can change this manually by using the “+/- stock” buttons for other locations.

Control what happens with your Shopify data

Orderhive now gives you more control over your Shopify account by allowing you to stop syncing the PII data.

When you do that, the details such as customer name, address, and number will not be automatically synced from your Shopify. As a result, no new customers will be created.

Now live: Warehouse-Based Order Filtering

Our developers have added a new ‘From warehouse’ filter in the ‘Orders’ section. This filter allows you to filter out all the orders from the selected warehouse(s).

Creating New Shipments Just Got Faster

While creating a new shipment, Orderhive will automatically select the default LBC combination instead of the users having to do it manually.

Shopify Location Mapping Gets A Fresh Update

Here’s an exciting update for users who have multiple warehouses on Orderhive and multiple Shopify locations.

Now, instead of compulsorily mapping your Orderhive warehouses to their corresponding Shopify locations, you now have the option of mapping only those locations that you want.

New Feature Alert: Now You Can Receive Stock Transfer by Scan

Orderhive users now have another way of receiving stock transfers. Apart from the earlier methods, users can now receive stock transfers by scanning the item barcodes. This is similar to receiving Purchase Orders by the scan.

Faster and More Secured Product Exports

When you export your products from Orderhive, they will now load much quicker across all browsers and devices, thanks to our latest server enhancements.

Clear your receiving quantities in stock transfers with one click

Orderhive now lets the users generate and print A-6 sized thermal shipping labels for Bluedart.

Orderhive users can now select all their warehouses with a simple click of a button. We have added an all-new ‘Select All’ toggle on the setting page. Users can find the toggle by following the steps given below:

Creating and updating product bundles now made easier than ever!

Orderhive users can now easily create and update product bundles by using import sheets.

Product Labels for Amazon FBA now support FNSKU details.

Orderhive now allows users to add Store wise FNSKU, FNSKU barcode, and Product Condition fields to their product labels for Amazon FBA.

1. Go to settings.
2. Click on the ‘Products’ tab
3. Select “Create Product Label template”
4. Add all the fields that you want on your label and click “Save”

Now you can search products in the listing their FNSKU

Orderhive users can now search for any product by its corresponding FNSKU number.

1. Click on the ‘Products’ tab in the left panel.
2. In the search box, type the FNSKU number for the product.
3. Orderhive will show the product in the results.

Orderhive Users Can Now Search For Orders By Their Serial Numbers

Orderhive now lets you search for any order by entering the serial number on the ‘Order Listing’ page. The serial number of an order is the one that is added to its line items.

Now You Can Filter Your Orders By Their Shipping Due Date

We have made it easier for Orderhive users to filter their orders by adding a ‘Shipping Due Date’ filter on the order listing page.

Automated Order Creation Gets A Boost

Orderhive has added two new fields, “Time” and “Day”, for users while using the “Order Created” condition.

For example, a user can set up the following automation using these fields:
1. Condition: If Order Day is Monday, Order Created time is before 7 AM
2. Action: Tag Tuesday / Set shipping Due date of Tuesday

Users Can Now Search Orders By Entering The Picklist ID

Orderhive now lets you search for any order by entering the picklist ID in the search bar on the “Order List” page.

Now Search Products by their FNSKU numbers

Orderhive now lets you search products in the listing view by typing FNSKU numbers in the search bar.

Shipment Summary Reports

When you generate your Shipment Summary report, it will not show details about the return shipment. This has been done to eliminate the confusion regarding various dates.

Now you can change the File Name of the FTP Invoice when you export it to PDF

Orderhive now has an option that allows you to switch between different name formats for your invoices while sharing them via FTP.

You can select from the following name formats:
- Orderhive Order ID
- Channel Order ID
- Channel Order Number

You Can Now See FNSKU Details on the Product Details Page

If the FBA listing is available for the product in the ‘Store Listing’ section, Orderhive will display FNSKU details along with the SKU column.

Quantity Updates for Inactive Products in Etsy

Etsy integration users can now receive quantity updates for products that are marked as “Inactive” in Orderhive.

Simply go to the Etsy integration page and enable the "Allow sold out and expired listings to be renewed when stock becomes available". Voila! You will now receive all the quantity update messages for your inactive products.

Now You Can Sync Your Inactive Products from Reverb

If you’re using Reverb integration, you can now sync all your inactive products. Simply visit the “Store add/edit” page and click on the toggle "Sync Inactive Products".

Completed Date' filter added to the Purchase Order Summary Report

Orderhive users can now filter their purchase orders by their date of completion. To apply this filter, follow the steps given below:

1. Click “Reports” on your dashboard
2. In the sub-menu, click on “Purchase”
3. Click on “Purchase Summary Report”
4. All the available filters will be shown at the top of your screen. Click on “Completed Date” and choose your desired date of completion.
5. Click on “Generate Report”

You can now renew sold out and expired listings in Etsy once they are back in stock

Good news for the Orderhive users who use Etsy integration. Orderhive now allows you to renew the items that have expired or have been sold out as soon as they have been replenished.

This option is available on the “Add/Edit Etsy Integration” page.

Please note that Etsy will charge users who have enabled this option.

Greater tax clarity in your invoices

We have added two new fields in Orderhive’s invoice template so that your templates give you a clearer idea of your pre and post-tax revenues.

The following fields have been added to the invoice template:

1. “Price Excluding Tax” in Line Items
2. “Sub Total Excluding Tax” in Invoice

Now Automatically Set Your Order and Shipping Due Dates

No need to manually calculate your delivery dates anymore. Orderhive now has the option where you can automate setting the due dates for all your orders and deliveries.

For this, a ‘before/after’ condition and add option has been added to the ‘Set Order Due Date’ and ‘Set Shipping Due Date’ actions.

Example: If you want to add a shipping due date for delivery based on the order delivery date, you can automate it by setting up the following trigger:

“set 'Shipping Due Date' 'before/after' ___ (enter required number) days of 'Delivery/Order Due Date'”

Orderhive Users Can Now Change The File Name When Uploading Them

This enhancement will help users in managing their files better. The supported file formats are:

JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, PDF, CSV, BMP

File size up to 5 MB.

The Search Suggestions For Creating Return Orders Is Optimized

With the current optimization, users can now get more relevant suggestions while using the search function while creating Return Orders.

Users Can Now Use Magento GiftCard As A Simple Product

Just like Amazon gift cards, you can now use Magento GiftCards. They will be treated as a normal product.

Orderhive Adds Support For Receiving Partial Stock Transfers

Prior to this update, users were allowed to receive only the full product quantity. With this update, they can now accept partial order quantity in case a product is missing/damaged. This will help simplify product quantity management.

Free Plan Users Can Now Again Start Using Custom Email Templates

We had stopped support for custom email templates for Free Plan users due to security concerns. Now the issues are addressed, and our Free Plan users can start using custom email templates again.

Earlier, only Shipment Label Export over FTP was supported, but with this update, users can also export invoices in PDF format.
