Create shipment in Orderhive

Below are steps to create shipment in Orderhive:
Step 1 – Log in to your Orderhive Account which will direct you to the Orderhive Dashboard.
Step 2 – Click on βOrders” tab that you will find on the left side of your βOrderhive dashboard.β
This will direct you to a landing Β page showing all your βSales Orderβ – that includes your shipped orders, βnot confirmed orders,β βdelivered ordersβ and βpartial shipped ordersβ. ForΒ βNot confirmed,” you will have to first click on it, which will direct you to Β a landing page where you can βConfirmβ the order. You will findΒ it on the right side of the landing page.
Step 3 – Once you confirm the order, it will direct to a landing page where you will find all details for the order you have selected. Also, you will find a βShip Orderβ tab at the right side of the landing page. Once you confirm details are correct, you simply need to click on βShip Orderβ which will direct you to a landing page from where you can partial ship products or ship all products in the order.
Step 4 – For “partial shipment,” you just need to change the βshipping quantityβ manually and then select your shipping method – that can be a βhandoverβ or βcourierβ method.
Now, if you select βhandoverβ shipping method, you directly need to click on βCreate Shipmentβ which you will find it on the right side of the landing page, just below your shipping method.
And, if you select βcourierβ shipping method, you will have to select the “Courier Name” and mention “Tracking Number” and then click on “create shipment“. This will direct you to a landing page the “Shipment Page”
Important note: Please make changes to Β price of the product and address if any, before you click on βCreate Shipment,β because once you click the create shipment button, it will remind you the same thing, and if you click “Yes, create” then you won’t be able to make any changes, later.
Also, once you click on create shipment, Orderhiveβs inventory management system will updates inventory levels for that product listed across all your channels.
Step 5 – On the shipment page, you can easily create βshipping labelsβ by clicking on “Download ” which will save the shipping label to your “downloads.” You will find this download option on the right side of landing page.
Also there, you can easily βprint shipping labelsβ by clicking on “Print. ”
Step 6 – And, finally when shipment completed, mark it as ‘Deliver‘ which you can find it on the same landing page . You can then view the updated status in your βorders dashboard.”
